10 years of making it happen

In its 10 years of existence, the Danville Regional Foundation has been a driving force in recreating the Dan River Region, from Pittsylvania County to Danville to Caswell County.
The backing provided by the foundation can be found behind nearly every success story of the last 10 years in the community. Starting with the $200 million in proceeds from the sale of the hospital to Lifepoint in 2005 and just four staff members, the foundation has provided life-saving support to the city now well on its way to re-imagining itself.
