Bio: Teresa Thompson-Pinckney, Ph.D., is President of T. Pinckney & Associates, a consulting firm that specializes in organizational development through capacity building (program evaluation, strategic planning, needs assessments, board development, executive coaching and youth development) for nonprofit, education, and governmental agencies.  She has over 21 years of experience in the nonprofit sector.
